How Cancel Culture Came for ISI
ISI’s annual training conference for student journalists, the Collegiate Network Editors Conference, is scheduled to begin tomorrow.
But it will need to be in a new location because of an eleventh-hour maneuver by bureaucrats—and maybe some people with an agenda.
Without warning, and less than 72 hours before the event began, bureaucrats from the city of Alexandria, Virginia, shut down the conference. The supposed reason is public health, but cancel culture could be the real culprit.
Last night, ISI president Johnny Burtka went on Fox News’s Tucker Carlson Tonight to tell the story.
