The late night host who brought us “Celebrities Read Mean Tweets“, “Lie Witness News- Hipster Edition“, and encouraged pranking children by telling them you ate all their Halloween candy pointed out how heavily and unfairly the Affordable Care Act punishes young people by forcing them to pay insurance premiums for services they don’t need.
